Terms

All terms are per week (Saturday to Saturday) inclusive of electricity and gas for the lodge as equipped and described. The usual time of take-over is 4 p.m. you will be required to vacate your lodge by 10 a.m. on the day of departure unless a prior agreement has been made. you are obliged to leave everything in a clean and tidy condition. You are responsible for any damage done or loss sustained during your stay.  Included in your hire invoice will be a damage deposit of one hundred pounds which will be returned to you within ten days of the end of your holiday.  

  Booking Confirmation

(a) The submission of the booking form shall constitute an offer by the client and a contract shall come into existence on written confirmation of the offer being accepted. A deposit of fifty pounds should accompany the booking form with the balance due four weeks prior to the holiday date.

Number in your party

The booking is entered into on the understanding that the members of your party are as described in the booking form. Any alterations or additions to the party may only be made by prior agreement.

Cancellations

If you have to cancel you must notify us at earliest by telephone followed by written confirmation. We will then endeavour to re-let for you. If we are unsuccessful you will then be responsible for the full hire payment for the dates booked.
