2005 RATES  for  LODGE 17  

                      10% Discount on 2nd and subsequent weeks

All prices include:-        Gas & Electricity

                                    Bed Linen and Towels

Booking Deposit £50 per week

Damage Deposit (refundable) - £100

  The minimum let period for Lodge 17 is one week.

Note that from 2005 McKever Hotels who own the common ground and the beach, but not the lodges or the ground they sit on, are charging for boats.  The rates have not yet been set but are likely to be in the region of £30 per week.  This would be paid to them when you arrive.
